Assistant Director of Admission
Office of Undergraduate Admission

Year I started working at Stanford: 2018

What I do at Stanford: At work - I review applications for undergraduate admission along with supporting the communications and operations of our office. Outside of work - I am on the ASF Board as a Program Committee Lead, and I serve as a mentor for the AIM program :)

Cultures/Communities that are important to me/that I identify with: Vietnamese-American; first-generation college and graduate student

Why ASF is important to me: ASF provides me with an environment where I can feel more wholly myself. I enjoy participating in and planning events for ASF that allow me and others to celebrate and embrace our Asian identities. The people are great and the events are always so fun! I <3 ASF :)

Favorite food: I love Asian food, particularly Vietnamese and Southeast Asian dishes. Noodle soups, curries, dumplings, stir-fry - nomnom!

Ask me about: Getting involved with ASF; making the most of your time at Stanford; running a half marathon; exploring new places and cuisines; and learning how to embrace my Vietnamese/Asian identity
