Director of Finance & Operations at the H&S's Dept of Economics. Reporting to the Dept. Chair, I oversee the department's operations including finance, student affairs, faculty affairs, facilities, and interdepartmental coordination and collaboration.
When did you start working at Stanford? How long have you been involved with ASF?
I started at Stanford in 1999 and started attending ASF events since 2005. My involvement with ASF increased since Cindy Cho became the ASF Chair.

I am a department administrator.

Why are you involved with ASF?
I want to contribute to the building and strengthening of a community for Asian staff at Stanford.
Why is ASF important to you?
As an immigrant, ASF gave me a community with colleagues that have common experience and culture. It also gives me opportunities to learn from colleagues from different corners of the university.
What are your interests and hobbies?
Food from different countries (cooking and eating), travel, movies, and literature.
What are your board title and responsibilities?
I am a volunteer, supporting the board's work however and as often/as much as I can.
